JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Requirements:

• 5 10 years of Project Management experience (Senior/Program Managers may be overqualified).

• Experience managing Agile projects, team capacity, scope, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.

• Ability to lead a team of approximately 6 members, with potential to manage an additional team.

• Hands-on experience with JIRA, including creating and managing dashboards.

• Proficiency in Matrix reporting/management.

• Strong coordination and cross-functional team management skills (not just Scrum Master experience).

• Open to learning and implementing AI-driven initiatives.

• Insurance industry experience is a plus.

• PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ.

• 3 days/week onsite, with schedule determined by the team.

• Expected to transition to full-time in the future.

Interview Process:

• 2 3 interview rounds.

• Final round will be in-person (multiple rounds may be conducted on the same day).
