Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or related technology disciplines
5+ years of advanced Power BI development experience, including enterprise-scale semantic models, DAX, Power Query, performance optimization, and security implementation
Proven experience designing executive dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions consumed by senior leadership
Experience translating complex business concepts into intuitive data visualizations, KPI frameworks, and executive scorecards
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, data warehousing methodologies, metadata management, and enterprise data architecture
Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple business functions and operational domains
Experience implementing row-level security, governance standards, and trusted analytics practices
Demonstrated ability to gather requirements directly from senior executives and business stakeholders
Strong presentation, communication, and data storytelling skills
Experience leveraging AI-assisted development capabilities and integrating AI-powered analytics experiences into reporting solutions
Experience with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Genie, or modern cloud-native analytics platforms
Ability to independently lead highly visible, ambiguous, and complex initiatives with minimal supervision
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional technical and business teams
