We are seeking a talented Backend Java Developer to join our team in Newark, DE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend of our applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java
• Experience in backend development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Spring Framework
