Oracle PL/SQL Developer || Remote

An experienced engineer who designs, builds, and operates Oracle PL/SQL data structures, business logic and data pipelines. Owns features end-to-end, from design to production support. Skilled in creating testable, observable components; maintaining performance and scalability; and delivering high-quality code quickly using VS Code Copilot and Claude Code. Must be fully productive on day one with PL/SQL and Jenkins.

Responsibilities: Design and develop high quality, maintainable software modules for the Client. product suite Conduct unit and integration testing using appropriate methodology and techniques Analyze requirements and specifications and create detailed designs for implementation Analyze and resolve software related issues originated from internal or external customers Continuously update professional knowledge of new technologies as selected and integrated into the Client.. product suite Change control management. Enter, transcribe, record, store and maintain information in both written and electronic form Communicate technical and operational issues to engineering leadership in a timely manner Review software engineering approach to proposed solutions to ensure adherence to best practice Execute all appropriate facets of Client software development lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement Mentor team members in proper software engineering methods and techniques Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. Qualifications: BS degree, or higher, in Computer Science or technically related discipline. Equivalent industry experience may be considered. Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience Demonstrated proficiency with RDBMS such as such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL Programming skills including query development, performance tuning, and stored procedures Strong understanding of OOP and common design patterns Knowledge of common application frameworks such as SpringBoot and .Net Experience with software engineering best practices such as continuous integration, unit testing, refactoring, and code reviews Understanding of prevalent Software Development Lifecycle Methodologies with specific exposure or participation in Agile/Scrum techniques Ability to execute on project deliverables in a dynamic, fast paced environment within estimated timelines Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills Good written and verbal communication skills Job Responsibilities An experienced engineer who designs, builds, and operates Oracle PL/SQL data structures, business logic and data pipelines.
