Job Description
We're looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team based in Wymondham, Norfolk. This role is key in delivering accurate and reliable surveying support across highways, drainage and structures projects.
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk – hybrid working
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Land Surveyor, you'll be responsible for carrying out topographic surveys, establishing survey control, producing technical drawings and models, and supporting construction teams with the precise site information they need to deliver safely and efficiently. Your day to day will include:
- Carrying out topographic, 2D and 3D surveys for highways, drainage and structures
- Operating modern surveying equipment including robotic total stations and GNSS/GPS systems
- Processing survey data and producing accurate drawings and 3D models using industry-standard software
- Establishing and maintaining survey control points to support site activities
- Providing clear technical guidance and survey information to site teams and stakeholders
What are we looking for?
This role of Land Surveyor is great if you:
- Have land surveying training, qualifications or experience in a similar surveying role
- Hold a full driving licence and are happy travelling to project sites when required
- Enjoy working collaboratively with a range of teams and stakeholders, supported by strong communication skills
- Are confident using surveying equipment, GPS technology and survey mapping software
- Have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
