Customer Service / Customer Support
Handles product returns, RMAs, repairs, replacements, and service requests. Supports internal/external customers through phone, email, service portal, and Oracle
Quotes & Contracts:
Prepares estimates, contract proposals, maintenance agreements
Order Management Obtains POs, processes payments, tracks service orders

Handles export classification/licensing requests and trade-compliance
