Role: Program Manager (Automotive Domain)
Location: Auburn Hills, MI 48326


We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Program Manager to support the integration and launch of new vehicle programs across multiple software platforms. This is a highly technical and cross-functional role requiring expertise in software integrations, APIs, data exchange formats, issue analysis, and automotive software development processes.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary technical coordination point during pre-launch and launch activities, working closely with development, testing, operations, architects, and business teams to ensure successful vehicle launches. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of automotive software systems, connected vehicle platforms, and end-to-end feature integration flows.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with development, testing, operations, architecture, and business teams to support vehicle software integration activities.
Analyze and validate software integration interfaces, including APIs, file formats, messaging systems, and data exchange mechanisms.
Track dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when required.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end feature flows across the vehicle software ecosystem.
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to bridge knowledge gaps and support impact analysis during pre-launch activities.
Schedule, facilitate, and lead technical triage meetings to drive issue resolution and alignment across teams.
Investigate reported issues and determine validity through technical analysis and troubleshooting.
Review logs, telemetry, documentation, and system behavior to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Route issues to the appropriate engineering teams when deeper investigation or remediation is required.
Follow up on open actions and ensure assigned teams meet committed resolution timelines.
Own and manage pre-launch issues through closure, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
Support launch readiness activities and proactively mitigate risks to ensure successful vehicle launches.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to prevent last-minute escalations and launch delays.
