The Role • Lead end-to-end procurement for a significant national programme, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and schedule targets. • Engage confidently with Director-level stakeholders and government bodies to secure strategic commercial outcomes. • Drive supplier performance and manage major international contracts within a highly regulated environment. • Mitigate risks and foster strong partnerships across global supply chains. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team development. What You'll Need • Proven capability in sourcing, negotiating, and placing complex contracts, including terms, conditions, and risk mitigation. • Experience managing suppliers and major contracts in highly regulated industries, ensuring compliance and robust performance. • Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems for effective procurement and contract management. • Strong commercial awareness and sound legal understanding for negotiating detailed agreements. • Extensive experience in procurement or contract management, driving value and programme success.
