The Role • Provide therapeutic interventions for patients with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric conditions. • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans. • Foster strong, trusting relationships with patients. • Meticulously document patient treatments and progress. • Adapt treatment settings between clinic and care facilities as needed. What You'll Need • Completed training as an Ergotherapist. • Valid professional license to practice in Germany. • Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric patients is a plus. • Additional certifications such as manual lymphatic drainage, pain therapy, or respiratory therapy are advantageous. • Ability to work flexibly and independently, with excellent interpersonal skills. • A strong team spirit and effective communication abilities.
