Payments Platform Support Analyst - 24/7 Reliability

AP+ seeks an Application Support Analyst to ensure reliability and performance of Australia's payments infrastructure. You will monitor, troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, partnering with engineers, vendors and stakeholders to keep payment services running securely and efficiently.

You'll participate in a 24/7 on-call roster, drive incident resolution, changes and deployments, and contribute to automation and observability initiatives to improve service reliability.
