Required Skills
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• 3+ years of experience leading Scrum Ceremonies
• 3+ years of experience with DB Querying and Programming
• 3+ years of experience using Agile Project Management Tools
• 3+ years of experience working in Hybrid Agile + Waterfall environments
• Bachelor''s Degree – completed and verifiable
• Preferred SkillsCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification
• Government / Public Sector experience
• ERP experience

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement

• Ensure teams follow Scrum Framework and Agile principles
• Remove project impediments and support timely issue resolution
• Track KPIs, project status, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and development teams
• Promote Continuous Improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Support delivery within agreed schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Coach and mentor teams to improve Agile maturity, accountability, and collaboration
