Your role
The industry is referring to a "war for talent". There has never been a time when the right people were more in demand and more valuable than it is today. We are truly in the people economy, which means that recruitment is not only crucial but also a significant competitive advantage. To lead this change, we rethought recruitment (though, you will recognize the buzzwords below).
As a working student you will be part of the creative and high-performing Talent Management Team in Hamburg, one of three core processes of Netlight. Your main responsibility will be around active sourcing, university collaborations, events, recruitment and other processes connected to the growth of Netlight. You will get insights into the whole recruitment process, from the first contact to a world-class onboarding of our new colleague into Netlight. This involves networking, sourcing, project management, internal and external employer branding, and other activities that connect to the long-term sustainable and successful growth of Netlight.
