Lead Oracle PLM team in IT group of a semiconductor organization. Drive PLM initiatives, integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. Mentor team members, manage implementation partners, and oversee multiple projects while ensuring efficient product lifecycle processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor''''''''s degree (Master''''''''s preferred) and 10+ years of PLM experience, including 5+ years leading Oracle PLM implementations in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing. Strong expertise in semiconductor engineering processes, Oracle PLM, project leadership, system integrations, and stakeholder management
