Business Analyst / Product Owner – CIAM & Digital Fraud

Openings: 8 (4+4)
Location: Remote (need 1 st  week onsite after offer then remote)
Travel: Approximately 5–10% travel
Pay Range: $43-50/Hr on W2

Domain expertise

• Customer Authentication: Dynamic authentication flows, username/password, FIDO2/Passkey, SMS OTP, Push Notifications, TOTPs (Google/Microsoft Authenticators), Authenticator Assurance levels (NIST)
• Customer Identity: Profile Management, User 360, connecting identities across applications, single-sign on, privacy (consent management)
• Customer Authorization: B2B/Company Profile Management, Centralized entitlements, Role/Policy/Attribute/Relationship Based Access Controls (RBAC, PBAC, ABAC, ReBAC)
• Risk Services: Digital fraud controls, behavioral analytics, behavioral biometrics, bot detection, IP reputation, device risk analysis, compromised credential corpses, microservices

Product Owner (4)

• Lead target state definition of CIAM & Digital Fraud services based on prioritized roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Partner with Business analyst to oversee development of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and backlog management.
• Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to resolve issues, manage risks, and approve key deliverables.

Business Analyst (4)

• Lead requirement gathering sessions with product owner to document business objectives, business and technical requirements for CIAM & Digital Fraud services based on prioritized roadmap.
• Translate documented requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and manage backlog in JIRA.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, and testing teams to refine use stories and support delivery.
