Freelance Senior Project Manager - Manchester Major City Centre Refurbishment Project Long-Term Opportunity | Immediate Start PSR Solutions is working with a leading Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Freelance Senior Project Manager for a flagship city centre redevelopment project in Manchester. This is a high-profile scheme with an overall value of approximately £400m, currently in the fit-out and finishing phase, with around £90m of works remaining. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the project through to completion while maintaining strong client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project delivery through the final fit-out and completion stages<br />Manage site teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders<br />Maintain excellent client relationships and act as the main point of contact<br />Drive programme, quality, and commercial objectives<br />Ensure health &amp; safety and operational standards are maintained throughout

Requirements:
