SAP EAM Plant Maintenance JACKSON, MI - MI - Michigan

Mandatory Skills

Minimum 10+ years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Customer Service (CS) modules, including industry-specific modules.

Hands-on expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functional design and configuration.

Experience providing Production Support using ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management).

Strong background in designing and implementing Utilities Industry solutions.

Extensive implementation or production support experience within the Utilities domain.

Experience integrating Utilities solutions with Asset Investment, EAM, Scheduling, Mobility, Graphical Work, and GIS applications.

Experience supporting Utilities EAM solutions including SAP, SAP Screen Personas, Spatial Asset Management, Asset Performance Management (APM), and Ventyx (Hitachi).

Knowledge of Handheld Wireless Devices, RFID, and ESRI Spatial technologies.

Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Experience collaborating with business users to deliver end-to-end business process solutions.

Strong understanding of IT principles, methods, and best practices in the Utilities industry.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience maintaining application configurations and technical documentation.

Familiarity with Agile methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience preparing technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge articles.

Proficiency in information and data management.

Extensive experience in system design and enterprise application development.

Knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing methodologies, and best practices.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Self-driven with the ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.

Experience with SAP S4HANA is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams while mentoring team members.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance processes, and performance optimization best practices.

Participate in solution design, technical feasibility assessments, architecture reviews, risk analysis, effort estimation, and technical discussions.

Ensure compliance with project processes and organizational standards.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

Prepare status reports, manage project risks, and resolve technical escalations.

Support and enhance SAP PMEAM solutions in a Utilities environment.

Drive continuous improvements and ensure successful delivery of complex SAP projects.
