Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to support production applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable reviewing logs, identifying root causes, debugging code, and implementing simple code fixes for production issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production application issues.
• Review application logs and perform root-cause analysis.
• Debug code and identify application issues.
• Develop and implement simple bug fixes.
• Work closely with development teams on complex production issues.
• Document production issues and resolutions.

Required Skills

• Experience in Production/Application Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Hands-on experience reviewing application logs.
• Ability to read and understand code and make simple code-level fixes.
• Good understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
