Operations Manager | Kiel, Germany | Hybrid | €3,200+ per month We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a leading automotive glass repair and replacement company in Germany. With over 410 service centers and 170 mobile units nationwide, we are committed to safety, reliability, and the highest quality standards, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction. The Role • Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Assume additional responsibilities as Operations Manager, overseeing technical operations and adherence to company standards. • Manage daily operational planning and execution to ensure maximum efficiency. • Advise and support customers from appointment booking through vehicle handover with a high level of service. • Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming orders and dispatch. • Conduct quality assurance measures, inventory management, and ensure audit-relevant standards are met. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a technical trade, with a preference for experience as a Master Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Bodywork Technician. • Willingness to obtain the relevant certification or already possess Operations Manager (HWK) qualification. • A valid Class B driver's license, strong German language skills, and computer proficiency. • Excellent customer and service orientation with strong communication skills. • Ability to work independently, contribute to teamwork, and collaborate effectively. • Commitment to inclusive values, welcoming all individuals regardless of background.
