Adherence to Defined ProceduresStrictly execute all repair, testing, and self-inspection tasks in strict compliance with the official Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Conduct a self-inspection at the end of each task or batch to verify quality before movement.2. Task Management & CommunicationComplete all assigned daily tasks within the specified timeframe.

Proactively and promptly report work status updates, completion confirmations, and any abnormalities or issues encountered during shift.3. Equipment & Worksite MaintenancePerform daily maintenance of all tools, testing equipment, and the workstation according to the prescribed maintenance schedule and checklist. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe (5S) work environment.4. Quality AssuranceMaintain the highest quality standard for all reworked units. Ensure a 100% quality check to prevent any Non-Conforming (NG) parts from advancing to the next production or assembly step.5.

Continuous ImprovementActively collaborate with Process Engineers to identify opportunities for improvement. Provide feedback and assist in optimizing battery testing and repair procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Job Requirements:Good communication and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility. E-auto battery working background and be good at practical things. Driver license, license of forklift, certificate of Hochvolt FHV stufe 2s, electrician knowledge are preferred. English proficiency is required; German or Chinese is a plus.
