Senior Mobile Developer Lead / Architect – iOS & Android

As a Senior Mobile Developer Lead / Architect specializing in iOS and Android, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of mobile applications. You will play a key role in guiding the technical direction of projects and ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of senior/lead developers in the design and development of native iOS and Android applications
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and PI planning
• Mentor developers and collaborate with architecture teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of native mobile development experience, with expertise in iOS/Swift or Android
• Proven experience leading 3-5+ mid-to-large custom implementation projects
• Strong background in mobile application architecture, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and technical solution design
• Experience with iOS development technologies such as Swift and Xcode
• Experience with Android development technologies such as Android Native, Kotlin/Java, and Android Studio
• Excellent collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills
