Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications based on business requirements.

Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Application Packages, and SQRs.

Design and develop PeopleSoft integrations using Integration Broker, REST/SOAP web services, and APIs.

Create and optimize SQL queries, views, records, and PeopleSoft objects.

Develop and maintain reports using BI Publisher, Query, and SQR.

Perform application enhancements, defect fixes, unit testing, and production support.

Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.

Work closely with functional consultants, business users, QA teams, and other technical teams.

Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, customizations, and performance improvements.

Prepare technical documentation and follow development and change-management standards.

 

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3–8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development/support.

Strong knowledge of PeopleTools and PeopleSoft application architecture.

Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Application Packages, and SQR.

Strong SQL and database development skills.

Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and web-service/API integrations.

Experience with BI Publisher and PeopleSoft reporting.

Good understanding of PeopleSoft security, processes, and application development lifecycle.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 

Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.

Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and integration technologies.

Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and PeopleTools version migrations.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.

Experience working with Oracle databases and application servers.
