Title: Senior Coupa Functional Analyst

Location: Remote

6+ month contract

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Coupa Functional Analyst to support a large-scale Workday General Ledger transformation initiative. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring Coupa remains fully aligned with the future-state Workday financial architecture while supporting procure-to-pay business processes across the organization.

The consultant will partner with finance, procurement, and technology stakeholders to define requirements, support testing efforts, validate financial data structures, and administer Coupa configuration changes. This role sits at the intersection of business process analysis and functional system administration and requires strong expertise in Coupa as well as experience working with ERP integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Assist with Workday GL transformation efforts impacting Coupa
• Support integration validation between Coupa and Workday
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams
• Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts and test scenarios
• Validate financial data mappings, chart of accounts structures, and workflow outcomes
• Configure and administer Coupa functionality, including approvals and workflows
• Support data conversion and migration activities
• Stage test data and validate workflows traversing multiple systems
• Collaborate with PwC and other implementation partners supporting the program
• Assist with issue resolution throughout build, testing, and go-live phases

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Coupa functional experience
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Experience configuring and administering Coupa
• Experience supporting Coupa integrations with external ERP platforms
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering expertise
• Experience supporting UAT, system testing, and regression testing efforts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to partner effectively with procurement, finance, and business SMEs

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Coupa implementation experience
• Experience integrating Coupa with Workday Financials
• Experience supporting ERP integrations with SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Knowledge of Travel & Expense processes
• Experience with chart of accounts transformations or GL modernization initiatives
• Exposure to automated testing platforms or AI-based testing solutions
• Previous support of finance transformation programs or ERP implementations
