Job Description :

Custom Development: Develop high-quality, scalable code using Flows, Omni Scripts, Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Health Cloud functionality.Care Management Automation: Build complex automation using Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards) to support clinical Case Management.Data Cloud Execution: Implement Data Cloud (Data 360) requirements, including creating Data Streams, mapping Data Model Objects (DMOs), and developing Calculated Insights etc. AI Implementation: Build and configure Agentforce actions and instructions, Prompt Engineering to provide real-time assistance to patient coordinators. Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems (EHR/EMR) or internal Enterprise applications ensuring secure data exchange. Unit Testing & Quality: Write comprehensive test classes and ensure code coverage meets 90%+ while maintaining rigorous security standards for PHI (Protected Health Information)..Technical Qualifications: Salesforce Development: 6-8 years of experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce platform. Health Cloud Knowledge: In depth familiarity with the Health Cloud data model, including Clinical data, Insurance, and Care Plans. Data Cloud Skills: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) specifically SQL-based insights and data transformation. Agentforce/Einstein: Experience and strong understanding of Prompt Builder and Agentforce setup to create autonomous business logic. Tools: Proficiency in VS Code, SFDX, Git, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.Preferred Certifications Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited ProfessionalSalesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Certified AI Specialist
