Project Manager

Demolition Project Manager required to join demolition contractor for projects covering the Oxfordshire area. The Demolition Project Manager will ideally have a CCDO ticket, SMSTS etc and come from a demolition background / experience. Demolition Project Manager duties to include but not limited to: overseeing site team, overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, client facing, programming, commercially aware, ensuring project delivery on time within budget and necessary paperwork. overseeing a small gang of operatives including machine drivers, strip works, ripping out internals, sorting demolition debris, assisting trades on site and any other associated tasks.
