Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide technical support in a corporate environment. This role will focus on end-user support, device management, troubleshooting, and assisting with various IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting a Microsoft-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end users and leadership personnel
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues
• Support Microsoft 365 applications and related technologies
• Assist with device deployments, upgrades, and refresh projects
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding activities
• Document support activities and maintain technical documentation
• Partner with other IT teams to support projects and ongoing initiatives
• Maintain a high level of customer service while resolving technical issues

Ideal Candidate

• Strong desktop and end-user support experience for employees and executives
• Experience working in a Microsoft environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Comfortable supporting a variety of users and technologies
• Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Lisle, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
