The Role:

• Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Plan and implement a differentiated curriculum that caters to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Assess student progress through a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues within the Geography department and across the school to share best practices and enhance the learning experience for all students.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments and pedagogical approaches in Geography education.

Candidate Profile:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Geography or a related field.
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• Demonstrate proven experience teaching Geography at the secondary school level (Key Stages 3-5).
• Exhibit a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
