The Role

Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll receive training and support while gaining exposure to a variety of technologies and business-critical applications.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting internal business applications and resolving user issues.
• Assisting with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Working with databases and supporting database administration activities.
• Supporting software development and testing where required.
• Learning about the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and development best practices.
• Collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintaining technical documentation and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

We're primarily looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Ideally, you'll have:

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A genuine interest in software, applications, and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• A proactive approach with a desire to develop new technical skills.

Any exposure to the following would be beneficial but is not essential:

• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• SQL or database concepts
• Oracle databases
• Unix/Linux environments
• Software development or Scripting languages
