Join our team as a Senior Java Lead Engineer in Mississauga, ON, on a contract basis. 
You''ll be responsible for leading the architecture and development of systems using modern programming languages and frameworks. 
This role requires expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
Design and architect scalable distributed systems.
Lead initiatives for system modernization and cloud-native transformation.
Oversee asynchronous messaging systems and guide their implementation.
Provide leadership in full-stack development, focusing on modern UI frameworks.
Ensure engineering governance through best practices and standards.
Manage stakeholders to align with architecture and product teams.
Mentor and guide engineering teams to enhance their capabilities.

Qualifications
8 years of experience in software development using modern programming languages.
Experience in microservices architecture and design.
Proficiency in cloud-native technologies and container orchestration.
Leadership experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
Experience in full-stack development with modern UI frameworks.
