The Role
• Utilizes advanced analytical algorithms and technologies (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, AI) to extract insights from large datasets.
• Designs and builds new data modeling processes and develops predictive models.
• Leverages big data technology to create solutions that enhance business decisions and customer experience.
• Collaborates with data and analytics professionals to scale analysis into mature analytics solutions.
• Plays an active role in developing innovative data strategies for understanding consumer trends and solving business problems.
• Designs, builds, and maintains large-scale data pipelines for reporting, analysis, and machine learning models.
What You'll Need
• Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of data science experience.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning and deep learning models (e.g., XGboosting, LSTM, LLM).
• Experience with GenAI LLM models, MLOps, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proficiency with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure) and data visualization tools (Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience managing ambiguity.
