Position: Executive - Home Loan Assistance

Reports To: Manager - Home Loan Assistance

Work Location: SOBHA Corporate Office, Bellandur, Bengaluru.

Educational Qualification:

• MBA (Finance, Marketing, Banking, or General Management) from a recognized institution.

Work Experience:

• 0-1years of experience.
• Candidates who have recently completed their MBA and are looking to build a career in banking and customer relationship management are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Introduce and explain the home loan assistance program to customers and guide them through the loan application process.
• Coordinate with banking partners for loan processing, documentation, approvals, and disbursements.
• Follow up with customers and banks to ensure timely progress and closure of loan applications.
• Act as a liaison between customers and banking partners, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless loan journey.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and MIS reports related to loan applications and approvals.
• Track application status, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with internal processes and banking guidelines.
• Support initiatives to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
