Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Salesforce development, including LWC (Lightning Web Components), customizations, and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and Community Cloud.
• Ability to support production environments, troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate application maintenance and enhancement activities.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting SSP (Self Service Portal) Maintenance & Operations activities.
• Experience with release planning, deployment support, application monitoring, and production validation.
