Nurture Their First Milestones. Build Your Career.

At Magical Beginnings, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and engaging start to their educational journey. With Care, We Care®—and that belief is at the heart of everything we do. As a trusted leader in early childhood education across Massachusetts, our award-winning childcare and preschool centers provide exceptional care and learning experiences where children thrive socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.

We're seeking compassionate, experienced, and EEC Certified Infant Teachers to join our team. If you're passionate about early childhood education and love supporting infants during their most important developmental milestones, we'd love to meet you.

As an Infant Teacher, you'll create meaningful connections with children and families while providing a warm, responsive environment where every baby feels safe, loved, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
