Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Java, React & GenAI)

Location: Pasadena, CA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Job Description

Seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will build scalable enterprise applications, develop modern web interfaces, and integrate AI-powered capabilities using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Java Full Stack development experience
• Strong experience with Java (11/17/21) and Spring Boot
• Experience building REST APIs and Microservices
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (MVC, Data JPA, Security)
• Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with Redux or Context API
• Strong SQL and relational database experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

AI & GenAI Skills

• Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering
• Experience with Spring AI, LangChain, or LangGraph
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Experience building AI-powered chatbots, document search, summarization, or intelligent workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot applications
• Build responsive user interfaces using React
• Design secure REST APIs and Microservices
• Integrate GenAI and LLM capabilities into enterprise applications
• Develop AI-powered workflows using RAG and vector search
• Participate in architecture, code reviews, and technical design
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT
• Experience building cloud-native applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
