About the Role

Meeru AI is looking for an experienced Staff AI Engineer to build scalable AI solutions for enterprise finance. You will lead the development of production-grade machine learning, LLM, and Agentic AI systems with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and grounded AI.

Responsibilities

·       Design and deploy AI/ML solutions using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.

·       Build machine learning models for anomaly detection and predictive analytics.

·       Develop scalable Python services and APIs.

·       Integrate AI solutions with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

·       Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams.

·       Mentor engineers and drive AI best practices.

Required Skills

·       Over all 15+ years of which 8+ years of AI/ML engineering experience 

·       Strong Python programming and software engineering.

·       Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, and Agentic AI.

·       Machine Learning using scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM.

·       Experience with SQL, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

·       Strong understanding of production AI systems and model evaluation.

Preferred

·       Experience with finance or enterprise SaaS products.

·       Exposure to Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure OpenAI.

·       Experience with MLOps and production model deployment.
