The Role • Lead and manage a team of Membership Advisors to achieve functional staffing levels and execute sales strategies. • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. • Optimize staff scheduling to ensure maximum production and coverage. • Coach, train, and develop staff in sales and customer service skills through practice and real-time feedback. • Proactively manage staff performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans. • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on continuous improvement.
