• This position requires atleast an Interim Secret Clearance

Overview

• Our Client is seeking a Software Engineer who can design and implement core components of the Java REST API wrapper, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability of the authorization service.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java REST API wrapper for OpenFGA.
• Implement authorization logic, caching strategies, and error handling.
• Design and build client SDKs/libraries for application integration.
• Write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Optimize API performance and latency.
• Create technical documentation and integration guides.
• Participate in production support.
• Mentor junior engineers on codebase and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid background designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with authorization systems, especially OpenFGA.
• Proficiency with core AWS services.
