Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with Data Analyst Skills

Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite – From Day 1)

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Data Analyst skills to gather and document business requirements, analyze data, and support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
• Create functional specifications and support solution design.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Validate data and assist with testing and reporting.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst with strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
