Position : OCM Consultant

Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

 

Must Have:

• 3–5+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
• Experience supporting IT projects (ERP, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Software Implementations)
• Change Impact Assessments
• Stakeholder Analysis & Engagement
• Communication Planning & Execution
• Training Planning & End-User Adoption
• Readiness & Resistance Management
• PMBOK knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead OCM activities for IT projects
• Develop communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments
• Coordinate workshops, meetings, and end-user training
• Monitor project milestones and OCM deliverables
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Teams, and Business Stakeholders
• Support enterprise system implementations, cloud migrations, and digital transformation initiatives
