The Role

• As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of an established Technical & Engineering desk, managing mainly permanent recruitment with a small amount of temporary business.
• Manage an existing warm desk with live vacancies
• Build long-term relationships with engineering and technical clients
• Source, interview and place high-quality candidates
• Develop existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Deliver a professional, consultative service to both clients and candidates

About You

• To succeed as a Technical Recruitment Consultant, you'll already understand what it takes to build lasting relationships and deliver an excellent recruitment service.
• Previous agency recruitment experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Experience within Technical, Engineering or another specialist recruitment sector would be advantageous
• Comfortable managing both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Commercially aware with a proactive approach to business development
• Looking for a role where you can genuinely earn from an established desk rather than starting from zero
