A key aspect of the role is providing leadership during major incidents and service disruptions, ensuring effective restoration, clear stakeholder communication and a focus on preventing recurrence through robust problem management and ITSM best practice.
Success will be measured through improvements in service reliability, resilience, customer experience and operational performance, as well as the trust you build with stakeholders and the engagement and capability of your teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating technical challenges into business outcomes and supporting organisational growth and transformation.
