Java Developer (Manufacturing Systems)

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications.
• Develop server-side applications using Java Servlets and JSP.
• Build and enhance front-end functionality using JavaScript and ExtJS.
• Develop and consume SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
• Work with Oracle 19c databases, SQL queries, and Stored Procedures.
• Deploy and maintain applications on Apache Tomcat.
• Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Lead and mentor offshore development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new feature development and architectural discussions.
• Utilize Jenkins for build and release management.
• Use Git, Bitbucket, SVN, or Perforce for version control.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Java Servlets, and JSP.
• Experience developing front-end applications using JavaScript and ExtJS.
• Experience building and integrating SOAP/REST Web Services.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 19c, SQL, and Stored Procedures.
• Experience deploying applications on Tomcat.
• Experience using Jenkins and modern version control tools.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
