What you will do

As service manager (LCV), you will lead the support and improvement of an important business system.

You will help keep services reliable, improve how they work and support people who use them.

  • manage the day to day support, performance and improvement of the LCV service
  • work with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents, changes and service issues
  • analyse business needs and turn them into clear system improvements and product requirements
  • monitor service levels, risks and operational performance while preparing clear reports and updates
  • support testing, service readiness and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
About you

A relevant tertiary qualification, service management or information technology qualification, or equivalent experience is highly desirable. ITIL certification and other relevant qualifications in project management, agile, cloud, software, platforms, service management or change management are also highly desirable.

  • strong knowledge of digital products, business systems and service management
  • proven experience managing vendors, operational services and system improvements
  • sound business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements and user acceptance testing
  • excellent problem solving, communication and customer focus with the ability to build trusted working relationships
