Job Description

Senior / Staff Core Platform Engineer

Full-Time Role

United States - Remote; optional New Jersey office.

5+ years backend/platform/infrastructure engineering

Core Stack: Python, AWS, Go, MongoDB, CI/CD, RAG / agent infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

  • Own core agent-platform modules from architecture through production delivery.
  • Build scalable, highly available backend/platform services in Python on AWS; Go is valuable.
  • Work on agent orchestration, memory, RAG, tool execution, guardrails and observability.
  • Participate in HLD/LLD, system design and platform engineering quality.
  • Interact with U.S. enterprise customers and travel to client sites when required.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend, platform or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong Python and cloud-native/AWS experience; distributed systems and CI/CD depth.
  • Built scalable SaaS/platform systems serving 100K+ users.
  • Hands-on product/platform engineer; recent coding experience required.
  • LLM/RAG/agent infrastructure experience strongly preferred.
