About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Engineer with a strong Process Engineering background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering projects, solving complex operational challenges, and collaborating across engineering, maintenance, and production teams to improve plant performance.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own capital projects end-to-end - from scope, design, procurement to commissioning and handover.
  • Lead plant upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and operational reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and external contractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide coverage for maintenance planning and supervision as needed-this role offers breadth and variety.
  • Champion engineering compliance to ISO 45001 and AS/NZS 4024 standards.
  • Contribute to preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
What You'll Bring:
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Process or Electrical Engineering.
  • Solid experience in project engineering, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimisation, continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies
  • Exposure to maintenance planning or supervision is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SAP PM, AutoCAD, and hands-on project delivery.
  • Confident communicator who thrives managing competing priorities and stakeholders.
