Key Requirements
5+ years BIW / Body-in-White manufacturing experience
Automotive body structures / high-volume production
Root Cause Analysis & dimensional engineering
Welding processes, robotic automation & fixture/tooling design
GD&T, datum strategies & tolerance stack-ups
CMM reports, SPC & process capability (CP/CPK, GR&R)
CAD: CATIA, NX, Teamcenter or SolidWorks
Fanuc robot programming / PLC knowledge preferred
Bachelor s in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent

Responsibilities
Support BIW launch readiness and tooling validation
Conduct tryouts and ensure weld joint integrity
Analyze CMM/3D scan data for root cause analysis
Develop work instructions, control plans and process flows
Collaborate with suppliers on design reviews and installations
Support robotic programming, troubleshooting and PM development
Drive Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma initiatives
Support NPI and new product integration
