This hands-on role will help translate seasonal concepts into accurate, production-ready apparel through CADs, colorways, embroidery and print layouts, sample review, and development follow-through.
This is a strong opportunity for an early-career designer who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a creative, print-led, and size-inclusive brand.
This is a full-time, in-house position, working out of our Philadelphia office M-F.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience creating apparel CADs, technical flats, and artwork mockups.
- Strong eye for color, print, scale, proportion, and detail.
- Foundational understanding of garment construction and the apparel-development process.
- Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Interest in expressive, print-led, and size-inclusive design.
