Position Overview

Junior-level Digital Production Designer supporting a growing digital experience team.
Focus on executing high-volume production work rather than leading creative strategy.
Will support initiatives including Sitecore XM Cloud, Digital Asset Management (DAM), personalization, and ongoing digital marketing projects.
Hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite in the Tampa Bay area.

Responsibilities

Create and update digital assets and production-ready creative.
Build, organize, and maintain design files in Figma.
Support front-end design production for Sitecore and XM Cloud initiatives.
Route creative through compliance and internal approval workflows.
Produce consistent, scalable digital assets while following established design systems.
Collaborate with UX, developers, content teams, and marketing stakeholders.

Required Skills

1-5 years of digital production or graphic design experience (3-5 years preferred but flexible).
Strong proficiency with Figma.
Experience preparing production-ready digital assets.
Portfolio demonstrating clean, organized, production-focused work.
Ability to follow established design systems and brand standards.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments.
