As an S/4HANA Customer Management (CM) & Sales and Distribution (SD) Team Member, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the end-to-end S/4CM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

System Configuration, Business Analysis, Process Automation (nice to have), Testing & Support, Data Management & Cutover

Key Requirements:

Experience: 3 5 years of experience in SAP S4 CM or a related business process role.

Technical Foundation: Basic understanding of the CRM lifecycle and S/4HANA navigation.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot simple integration issues between Sales and Finance.

Communication: Ability to explain technical status updates to the lead consultant and project stakeholders.
