The Role

• Lead and manage sales teams within an assigned geographic area.
• Develop and execute strategies for driving all sales activities in specified regions and branches.
• Achieve regional sales objectives by recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements for regional sales.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
• Expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

What You'll Need

• BS/BA degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma/GED required.
• Proven track record in sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills.
• Minimum of 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in achieving high sales quotas.
• Proficiency with PC, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
