Job Title: ServiceNow Clinical Device Management (CDM) Analyst
Location: Remote (Preferred)
Allocation: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Clinical Device Management (CDM) Analyst with strong platform expertise to support and enhance Clinical Device Management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be a long-term ServiceNow Platform SME with experience in healthcare asset management and enterprise service operations.

Required Skills
Strong experience with ServiceNow Clinical Device Management (CDM)
Extensive ServiceNow Platform expertise (Platform SME)
Strong understanding of Platform Foundations
Experience with ServiceNow Asset Management
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), preferably in a Healthcare environment
Field Service Management (FSM)
Experience working with healthcare organizations and medical device lifecycle management
Certifications

Required:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
Preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Field Service Management (CIS-FSM)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Healthcare or Biomedical/Clinical Engineering certifications (nice to have)

Responsibilities
Configure, enhance, and support the ServiceNow Clinical Device Management solution.
Manage clinical device lifecycle processes and platform improvements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
Ensure platform best practices, governance, and scalability.
Support integrations, testing, deployments, and production issue resolution.
Act as the ServiceNow Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Clinical Device Management initiatives.
